These are just my suggestions! The beauty of yoga is that there are many different ways to address your needs so I encourage you to explore your own truth. If you are an experienced yogi, please listen to your body because it has its own innate wisdom and when you get quiet enough, it will lead the way.
If you are new to yoga, consider having a private session to have your own personalised practice designed specifically for your needs and circumstances. The real fruits of yoga lie in regular practice and as you can see, yoga is a great tonic for any state you find yourself in. I’d love to know your thoughts and hear about your discoveries!
Love to all,
